well just want to remind y'all about the team talk we had on wednesday. hahaha, don't ever lose focus of your long term goals! keep it in mind always, and know what you're training for. We can do this, you just got to believe in yourselves! The future ain't written in stone. such a corny line, but yet it holds truth in it.
Remember all your personal training programmes that you set to do at home. Don't just rely on trainings alone! you know it ain't enough! so just grit your teeth and push yourself to finish each of the programmes that you set out to do, cause only then will we improve. both mentally and physically.

anyway, here's some shed stuff to take note of! 1) Please place your bags neatly in one corner 2) Please do not leave your anti-slips and bottles behind after training 3) Please put back any equipment used neatly and nicely into the rack 4) Please DO NOT add anything to the rack 5) Please take the initiative to clean up the shed if you think that it's dirty! Anytime okay! :D
no wise words for today! i'm dry. anyway, just remember, don't switch off during every training. Set your own short term goals too! DON'T FORGET to set your GYM goals too. REMEMBER! Water and Gym are both equally important.
