Hi all! You've constantly heard of seniors saying to physc yourself up but how can it be done? Ever wonder?
An effective training does not solely counts only on putting effort during the training itself, to better perform and paddle you've got to have the pre-mind stage; to be ready for it. And this can be done in many ways (it's your own personal preference). I'm here to share how I get excited abt training =), but more often I use this before competition.
Simple, just put on your ear piece and play the few music above repeatedly. Vizualize the starts, feel the draining maintainance and the all out tremendous huge burst for your finishing. That's my secret.. haha.
But warn you guys first, dont do this before you sleep! It'll cost you a whole sleepness night. Give it a try, it'll be fun and addictive. haha.
